Job Description
Orient Technologies is seeking a Sales Champion for Orient Services Sales to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth for our range of IT services, including Data Center Solutions, Cloud, Modern Workplace, IT enabled services, Data Warehousing, Business Analytics, RPA and Mobility. The Sales Champion will be responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and driving revenue growth in line with company targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth for Orient Services Sales.
- Manage a team of sales professionals and provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets or exceeds sales targets.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver customized solutions to meet customer needs.
- Track and report on sales performance and provide regular updates to senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales and business development, with a proven track record of driving revenue growth.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to lead a team and achieve results.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of the IT services industry, including cloud, data center, and IT-enabled services.
- Experience in selling to large enterprises and managing complex sales cycles.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
